Kastan, many of you guys have heard of it and probably read about it. From the 1st version, to the second and AlMOST THIRD! (yes a third.) But back to Kastan. We preformed at the Saint Josephat's festival last year. As you read, the Saint Josephat's fest was a big hit. Kastan preformed Kozak Suite, Kozachok, Hopak, and many more. Recently, (as of May 13th 2010) Kashtan and Hromovistia did a big preformance, with the both of us combined. It was really successful and I have to say, it was worth the hours and hours of practice. Hromovitsia is the Chicago dance troop, and they have many amazing dances! Just type into YouTube Hromovitsia, and surely enough, you'll be amazed!!!!!!! We (the Kashtan troop) practice tons though! There are many great dancers in both troops. It was loads of fun being up there on stage and seeing the stage lights hit down on your face! I think that the fun of preforming is all in the person who is the preformer. The act of preforming is sooo much fun!
